About Moksha
I'm a former dance teacher who has practised yoga from my teens. I always knew I'd want to teach it one day. I love the blend of the physical benefit and the mental and emotional benefits. Yoga truly begins a healing process from head to toe. Most of my classes are in person but I have a young family so online lessons is a way offering that little bit more and online can be so accessible for people.

My classes begin with a grounding relaxation, the main lesson is physical postures, then to close pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Lessons can be 45min to 1 1/2 hours. All postures can be modified and progressed and so classes are suitable for all levels.
