I am very passionate and filled with love for this practice, and have a deep calling to share this beautiful knowledge and experience with others

This class is perfect for absolute beginners or people who have some experience; I will create varying beautiful, embodied vinyasa flows that helps you connect your body and mind whilst working on strength, flexibility and awareness. I will help guide you through the correct alignment, breath work and support you virtually in the movements.
