About Oliver
I spent 3 years as a teaching assistant in university with a 1 year internship as an instructor for the first year engineering design course.
I was also a lifeguard and swim instructor during high school, as well as a camp councilor over summer breaks. I have extensive experience passing on education to all ages in many different environments.
I have knowledge and extensive experience learning and teaching computer programming in Python and C.
I have also spent time building small scale websites while in university and have an educational YouTube channel about engineering and business.
I am well versed in Accounting, Finance and Marketing and can tutor in those fields as well, I have a business minor alongside my engineering degree and have spent some time in the business world.
I have a Mechatronics Engineering degree from McMaster University.

For high school students I follow the Ontario curriculum and can provide advanced level calculus lessons:
I will meet students where they are at, and provide lessons based on their current level of understanding.
I explain topics in easy to understand ways using analogies and real life examples that make it easier for a student to apply their learning.
I provide helpful resources and sample problems that students can refer to for their daily practice problem sets between lessons.
My lessons are for anyone who is aspiring to take a heavy math, physics, programming, or business concentration in post-secondary education.
