About Anna
I am a part-time professional footballer who has a real passion for reading and writing.
I was born and raised in South West London, however I moved to the United States for University in order to pursue my footballing career, whilst obtaining a degree. At university, I won the Senior Thesis Prize for best Thesis paper across all senior students, I came 3rd place in a university-wide Philosophy essay writing competition, and I had a short story published in the annual creative-writing journal.
Since graduating, I spent a year as a full-time professional footballer for Aberdeen FC, up in the North East of Scotland. I have just recently returned to London to sign for AFC Wimbledon.

Lessons last between 40 mins to an hour, depending on the content that needs to be covered.
I allow my students to lead the session, so we are able to focus on what specifically is causing them difficulty. No two tutoring sessions will look the same, as my ethos centres around the idea that each individual learns in different ways, therefore every session must be tailored to their own set of particular needs.
I have been a writing tutor at my University Writing Centre, where I helped hundreds of students improve upon their essay-writing skills, argument cohesion, and writing styles across a number of different subjects.
I received a Bachelor's Degree in English and Philosophy from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, USA, graduating with a GPA of 3.78 (out of 4!).
For A-Level I studied English Literature, Spanish, and Religious Studies. For AS Level I studied History.

Anna just graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in English and Philosophy. During her time as a student, she worked as an English composition tutor.
