About Leona
My interest in English developed through a love of communication, literature, and lifelong learning. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies before earning a Master’s Degree in English Communication and Education. Over the past 9 years, I have helped learners build stronger language skills and greater confidence.
I enjoy working with students from different backgrounds because every learner brings unique experiences and goals. My teaching approach focuses on adaptability, encouragement, and creating lessons that support individual growth. Every student receives guidance suited to their learning journey.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading, writing, and exploring language trends and communication methods. These interests help me bring fresh and relevant material into lessons. Helping students become confident English users continues to inspire me every day.

My English lessons are designed to help students communicate clearly and confidently in a wide range of situations. Topics such as grammar usage, vocabulary building, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, reading development, conversation practice, writing skills, and communication strategies are taught through interactive activities and real-world examples. I focus on making language learning useful and engaging.
Lessons are adapted to suit the learner’s goals, strengths, and current proficiency level. Students improve through guided speaking tasks, reading exercises, listening activities, and structured writing practice that encourage steady progress. As confidence grows, learners become more comfortable expressing themselves naturally.
I create a supportive environment where students feel motivated to participate and practise without hesitation. Consistent effort and positive guidance help learners achieve meaningful results. My goal is to help students develop strong English skills that support success in daily life, education, and work.
