About Maeve
I would like to teach English, Literature, Creative Writing or Spanish. I am also happy to help with applications/CV writing skills. I have also experience working for a number of editing organisations as well as being an editor (and now Vice President) of The Inkwell - a poetry and prose magazine created by the University of Edinburgh Publishing Society. I am free all evenings and weekends so can work around school schedules and am happy to teach in person or remotely. I have also obtained a DBS (criminal records) check.

I am entering my third year at the University of Edinburgh studying English Language and Literature, and obtained grades A* A* A at my A levels in English Literature, Business Studies and English Language, respectively to earn this place. I have experience working with children and teaching both in my years working as a children’s football coach and this past summer working as an Au Pair in Spain helping to teach English to Spanish-speaking children.
