About Tessa
I am an English Literature tutor dedicated to student-centered learning. I believe that true understanding comes from within, so I encourage students to take ownership of their learning through guided self-exploration. My teaching approach helps learners develop critical thinking, interpretive skills, and a deeper appreciation for literature. By fostering independence and curiosity, I aim to create a supportive environment where students not only succeed academically but also grow personally through their engagement with texts.

This English Literature class embraces a student-centered approach, empowering learners to take charge of their own understanding. Rather than relying solely on lectures, I encourage a self-learning method that nurtures curiosity and critical analysis. Students explore texts independently, engage in thoughtful discussions, and develop deeper insights into literary themes, characters, and contexts. The aim is to build confidence, enhance interpretation skills, and foster a genuine appreciation for literature.
