About Amelia
Hi! My name's Amelia Kosmider - I am a recent graduate from a screen acting school. I am based in London, and I love literature! As an actress, my love for drama goes beyond the script! I love reading, writing, analysis and all sorts of other things related to getting into the text. I have completed my A Levels in English Literature and English Language, and have done a 2 year course in acting.

I offer tutoring in English Literature and English Language for students at high school level and below – including IGCSEs, GCSEs, and A Levels. Whether you need help breaking down complex poetry, analysing characters and themes, improving your essay writing, or just want someone to help you fall in love with reading again. Having completed both pre IB and A Levels in English Language and English Literature, I know how the curriculum works. My training in acting taught me to look at texts from the inside out: to dig into the subtext, emotion, and meaning behind every word. I treat poems, plays, books, and even films as living texts full of life, voice, and intention – and I help my students do the same. Lessons are held remotely via Zoom.
