About Madeleine
I have been giving lessons throughout all stages of my career as I was always very high performing in English Literature and I enjoy teaching. I have taught primary and secondary school ages, through to A level and degree level.

I adapt my approach to the individual student so work on a case by case basis, using factors such as how the student learns and their personality, as well as addressing what stage they are at (GCSE, A level) in order to tailor my technique and method. I have a warm and friendly approach and like to make my students smile whilst they learn, however if a student is wanting an A*, I am prepared to make them work their hardest and get the most out of their lessons! I also have experience with children with ADHD and dyslexia; one boy I tutored managed to get an A at GCSE despite his dyslexia, from his original prediction of a U.
