About Shanice
I am a TEFL certified English language consultant with over two years of contact teaching experience, mainly focusing on students aged 3-13, and over two years of online teaching experience where I have taught students of all ages.
I have worked on platforms such as iTutorGroup/TutorABC, Zoom, Skype, and WeChat.
During my experience, I have helped students pass their IELTS exams, prepare for public speaking, learn the basics of English at all ages, and improve their conversational skills in general.
Over and above my teaching experience I have more than 5 years of sales and customer service experience. I treat my students first and foremost as customers and I always aim to give them the best service I have to offer as a tutor.

Welcome to your very first lesson with me :)
My classes are relaxed and completely centered around your English ability.
The first lesson lays the foundation for the way the classes will run for the duration of your time with me as your tutor. I use the first lesson to help us get to know each other as tutors and students.
