About Erin
I am a PhD researcher in English Literature at the University of Edinburgh. I have a BA and a Masters degree in English and formal teaching accreditation at the university level.
I have experience teaching university classes in essay-writing, modern literature, poetry and the contemporary novel, and have consistently received excellent feedback from students on my teaching methods, which involve focused sessions that group skills-training and knowledge acquisition into manageable learning modules. I strive to combine these methods with a friendly and approachable style and a sensitive receptiveness to individual student needs so that classes are both enjoyable and produce measurable results.
