About Diane
I have a degree in dance from CUNY HUNTER. I taught dance for kids in high school, and switched to adults in my 20s. I have now taught at Equinox for over 9 years and have many certifications including; Personal training through NCSF, Yoga 200 hr pure yoga, Pilates mat, pre and postnatal, and a certificate in Nutrition. I’ve worked with multiple online companies, and have worked virtually for years helping people reach their goals.

Hello, my name is Diane. I have over 7 years experience teaching in NYC at Equinox. Come to me if you want to deepen your practice, improve your own body awareness, or want to try group fitness but need to build confidence. My coaching style is filled with years of experience and a dedication to studying fitness, a sense of humor, building connection, and all about making my clients feel better and more excited about fitness.

Amazing and knowledgeable teacher! She’s regularly an instructor at Equinox so I am getting expert advice at a fraction of the what it would cost me to go there!
I highly recommend Diane as a personal trainer. I have taken her classes and have found her to be knowledgeable and supportive in helping me reach my fitness goals as I approach 50. She is a great role model for a balanced life and I love her sense of humor and find her to be very relatable. My rates are actually much more in NYC, but I’m trying to be reasonable for my first students online. I have over 7 years experience, a college degree in dance, and certificates in everything from personal training, pre and postnal, yoga, Pilates and nutrition.
