About Jamal
You are likely a high-schooler preparing for a CS degree or an adult revisiting basic math concepts. My journey as a self-taught developer over 11 years allows me to relate to the struggle of learning these subjects from scratch.
Having worked with 274 students, I know how to simplify coordinate geometry and mental math for any learner. I utilize arithmetic and number sense to strengthen your foundational understanding. I promise to keep our sessions focused on clarity and logic.

The scratching of a pencil against paper is the sound of a problem finally yielding its answer. I personalize every session by giving a diagnostic test to every student before we begin our curriculum. This ensures we address your specific needs in algebra and geometry rather than wasting time on concepts you already grasp. With 11 years of professional experience, I connect abstract numbers to the real-world applications I use in web development.
My background in computer science means I bring a unique, practical perspective to traditional math problems. Your pace guides our lessons, and I keep the learning process simple.
