Hello my name is Brenda and i am passionate about exercising and overall fitness. Im a physiotherapist myself who love teaching other subjects as well. I love to teach and learn about anything! My approach is gentle and simple but firm!!

About the lesson

PT sessions can be arranged at the gym of your choice or at home. I will draft a planned schedule and activities for you to see and agree. If any of the list of activities you are not comfortable doing. We will discuss other activities and options.
