About Whitney
I'm an experienced esl language teacher who has taught many students over the years and have been able to get great results from my learners , having 4 years of teaching experience I was responsible for developing lesson plans, classroom management, performing demo classes to sign up new students, keeping record of each students progress daily, marking homework & providing testing after each unit. As a Foreign Teacher Leader I was responsible for training new esl teachers, holding foreign teacher meetings weekly, discussing new methods of teaching & providing basic English lessons for the non-native English staff members.

My teaching method is very relaxed but also fun at the same time, I like to understand my students needs and goals well to tutor them in the correct way. I base my lessons and classes on fun, interactive topics that my students find interesting, I like finding out about their likes and interests to create lessons that will intrigue them. I approach each topic by giving a good introduction and always make sure my students understand everything that is being taught before moving on to the next topic.
