About Amy
I have been tutoring for years with experience in many topics - from university-level coding & statistics, to intermediate-level algebra, to beginner French (grammar, reading, and comprehension). My previous experience has enhanced my ability to teach a wide range of subjects at numerous levels. I have experience working as an assistant teacher in a French Immersion elementary school classroom, and am therefore very experienced in adapting my teaching methods to different learning styles.

My lessons will be engaging, relevant, and informative. I will begin by working with my student and discussing learning goals and outcomes. From there, I will create a lesson plan with relevant practice questions and topics of concentration that may be more challenging. Throughout the sessions, I will adapt to the learning style that works best for that particular student - whether that be talking through difficult problems, trying practice tests, or using flashcards to aid in memorisation. All of my lessons will be customised to that particular student and intentional with their learning style in mind.
