About Maryam
Hello! My name is Maryam, and I am a final-year student of Respiratory Care and Critical Care Technology (RCCT) with a strong interest in biological sciences.
I chose to become a tutor because I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping students understand topics that often seem difficult at first. I believe that with the right guidance and explanation, every student is capable of improving and gaining confidence in their studies.
As a student myself, I understand the challenges learners face, especially during exams and when dealing with complex subjects. This allows me to connect with my students better and explain concepts in a simple, relatable way.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to make learning less stressful and more engaging. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their understanding step by step.

My approach to tutoring is focused on building strong concepts rather than rote learning. I believe students perform better when they truly understand the “why” behind each topic, especially in subjects like Biology, Zoology, Anatomy, and Microbiology.
I start by assessing the student’s current level and identifying weak areas. Then I explain concepts in a simple, clear way using real-life examples, and step-by-step breakdowns. Once the concept is clear, I move on to practice questions, past papers, and exam-focused preparation to improve performance and confidence.
My teaching style is friendly and patient, so students feel comfortable asking questions without hesitation. I also give regular feedback to parents about progress.
Each lesson typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s level and needs.
I am a final year student of Respiratory Care and Critical Care Technology (RCCT), with a strong background in biological sciences. I have experience helping students understand difficult topics and improve their grades through structured and consistent practice.
