I have an international upbringing in a multicultural household which shapes my perspective on teaching and learning. In the past I have been an independent school educator- teaching technology and arts classes. I also teach programming online - HTML,CSS, Javascript + Python

My qualifications as an educator are an BA in Psychology and a M.Ed in Education with a concentration in learning, media and technology. In the past I have been interested in generative thought processes also known as developing creative thinking skills and how to facilitate this.
My style as a teacher is that I meet students where they are with their ability and interests and I am empathetic towards those with learning differences and can accommodate. A big part of my philosophy is tapping into motivation as a fundamental component which drives learning and self-concept.
