About Pooja
I was introduced to yogic practices at a very early age by my parents and continued on this path ever since. Other than learning Yoga asana and pranayam (breath work) I have also completed a certification in Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga , and Naad Yoga - Sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls. Yoga is a way of life and I truly believe that knowledge is meant to be passed on and shared. I am here to be able to share with you the many practice the Sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda have to teach us to live in a healthy state of harmony and balance.
