About Akash
I'm a medical student at the ANU with a bachelor's degree in health sciences. I have four years of experience tutoring all levels of school english and have been involved in writing educational policy as well. I have had travel articles published and have extensive experience with essay writing. Having worked in a high school for four years as a tutor and mentor, I'm an experienced teacher who will work through what works best for you, to get the best results.

I understand that everyone has different ways of learning, so the first thing I do with my students is gain an appreciation for what teaching method will work best for them- do they need more visual cues and guidance to work through concepts? Or would they get more out of working through things with a hands on approach fixing mistakes following trial and error? I'm very focussed on getting the best out of students in ways that work for them- and will work with students on study techniques and the best ways to be productive as well as concepts.
