My tutoring approach is student-centered, practical, and focused on helping learners understand concepts rather than simply memorizing them. I begin by assessing the learner’s current level and identifying areas that need improvement, then tailor each lesson to their individual learning pace and goals. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, guided questions, revision exercises, and practical applications to make lessons engaging and easier to understand. For medical and science subjects, I relate theoretical concepts to clinical and everyday situations to improve understanding and retention.
Each lesson typically lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the learner’s age, level, and learning objectives. I am a 4th-year Medicine and Surgery student at Kenyatta University and an EMT, giving me both academic knowledge and practical exposure to healthcare and emergency care. My tutoring is suitable for secondary school students, university students, and learners preparing for examinations in Biology, Anatomy, basic medical sciences, and First Aid. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, build confidence, and progressively improve their academic performance.
