About Frances
Hi, I am Frances, a certified educator with over a decade of experience helping students grow in both academic confidence and achievement. My areas of experience have consisted of both elementary and middle school; however, I am highly qualified and certified to provide support for grades K-12. I have a strong track record of success in both traditional and virtual learning environments. As a tutor, I believe that every scholar has the ability to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and structure. My sessions are student-centered, engaging, and tailored to meet each learner’s unique needs and goals. Whether a student is working to strengthen foundational skills, prepare for a test, or push toward enrichment, I create a positive space where they feel capable/confident and empowered. Over the years, I’ve served as a math mentor, curriculum facilitator, and STEM instructor, and I’ve been recognized with awards such as Teacher of the Year and State Math Proficiency Distinction. These roles have helped me stay current with best practices in education and understand how to meet students at all levels—from those who need additional support to those ready to stretch and excel. Above all, I bring professionalism, patience, and passion to every tutoring session. I take pride in being not just a teacher, but a guide and advocate for each student’s success.
