I can assist your homework based on your existing academy, if this is your priority. Otherwise, I can tailor-make a learning plan for individual students' special needs. My teaching philosophy is "happy student learns more effectively". I seldom rebuke students, but only offer encouragement and motivation. With a writing pad, I can interact with students on a digital whiteboard as if we are meeting in person.

Perfect! Roger is a good teacher. He explained everything in details.
He even sent the notes to myself. We continue tutoring with Roger.
Hope my daughter will improve with her math extension.
We really recommend him as a math teacher.
