About Maria
I am a rising senior at NYU on the pre-med track and will be applying to medical school this summer after recently taking the MCAT. Outside of academics, I am heavily involved in clinical and scientific research, volunteer work, and mentoring students. I am passionate about helping others learn and gain confidence in subjects that can initially feel overwhelming. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, spending time with family and friends, and staying involved in my community. My experiences in both research and volunteering have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

I am a rising senior at NYU studying on the pre-med track, with extensive experience tutoring students of different ages and academic backgrounds. As a Bergen Tech graduate with a perfect SAT math score, I understand how to break down difficult concepts in a clear and approachable way.
