About Amanda
I am currently a paraprofessional at the Christina Early Education Center in Newark, Delaware. I have extended experience in babysitting and tutoring children ages k-8th grade in all subjects! I love being able to bring a fun, encouraging, and positive energy to education and see how much my students grow!

My teaching approach varies from student to student depending on his/her specific learning styles and needs. I understand and highly value the importance of considering each individual child's interests, needs, areas of expertise, and areas which need improvement to create a unique strategy and individual goal-plan for each student. I like to be very active in my students' academics and enjoy being able to talk through the small details and encourage growth and creativity within each student!
