About Shaima
I am a qualified and dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and over 6 years of experience teaching both online and in-person. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of students from preschool to Grade 8, helping them build strong academic foundations and achieve consistent progress in their studies.
I take pride in maintaining a professional, patient, and supportive teaching style. My lessons are carefully planned and structured to ensure each student receives clear explanations, guided practice, and constructive feedback. I create a positive and respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
Each lesson is 1 hour long and tailored to suit the individual needs and learning pace of the student. I use a variety of teaching techniques, including interactive activities, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance, to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

I am a dedicated and experienced tutor with over 6 years of teaching both online and in-person. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, which has provided me with a strong foundation in effective teaching strategies and child-centred learning.
My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive, engaging, and interactive learning environment. I adapt my techniques to suit each student’s individual learning style, using a mix of visual aids, practical examples, and guided practice to ensure concepts are clearly understood. I believe in building confidence alongside academic skills, encouraging students to ask questions and think independently.
Each lesson is typically 1 hour long, allowing enough time to introduce concepts, practise skills, and review progress without overwhelming the student. I structure my lessons to be both productive and enjoyable, keeping students motivated and focused.
I offer lessons for students ranging from preschool to Grade 8. Whether a child is just beginning their learning journey or needs support in strengthening their foundational knowledge, I tailor my sessions to meet their specific needs and academic level.
My goal is to help every student reach their full potential by making learning clear, engaging, and rewarding.
