About Parul
Hi! I’m Parul — a Biomedical Science student at Deakin University with a strong interest in Math and Science. I’ve been tutoring for over a year, working with students of different ages and learning levels. I really enjoy helping students who find Math challenging and showing them that it can make sense with the right explanations and practice. I’m a patient and organized tutor who focuses on making sure each student feels supported and confident. I adapt my lessons to suit how each student learns best, whether they’re just starting out with basic Math or preparing for high school assessments. My goal is to make Math less stressful and more enjoyable while helping students build strong skills and confidence along the way. My Maths lessons are designed to build strong foundational understanding and long-term confidence. I tailor each session to the student’s level and learning style — from developing number sense in younger learners to problem-solving and exam preparation for high school students.
I create a weekly plan with each student to target specific areas of difficulty, ensuring steady improvement through consistent practice and clear explanations. Every lesson is one hour long, focused, and interactive — making Maths simple, logical, and even enjoyable.
A trial class is available, so students can experience my teaching approach before committing.
As a high-achieving student, I bring strong analytical and numerical skills to my tutoring. I’ve been teaching for over a year, helping students strengthen their Maths skills and boost their academic confidence across all levels from nursery to secondary school.
