About Rashid
GGG fitness provides athletic training for both specific sports (basketball, track, football), as well as over all fitness.
My name is Rashid Mahboub and I am the owner and operator of GGG fitness. GGG fitness is a multi level fitness training business structured around the concepts of over all fitness and performance level fitness. I train adults as a personal training in all fitness levels, including beginners, people who may have had a break in their workout routine and athletes who want more performance.
I am a Collegiate athlete playing college basketball for a year before suffering a knee injury that ended my career. I have worked hard to rehab my knee and now I am a current college basketball coach at fisher college as well as a Ace Certified personal trainer. I am passionate about fitness and passing on the fundamentals off basketball to the next generation, more importantly I want to teach the youth the discipline and focused I learned through athletics.
