About Damon

Hey guys,

After a 14 year tenure with the U.S. Air Force I learned a lot of things...Most Important was..

When it comes to education and knowledge the 5 P's should always be present .. (Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance)....

Not only will you learn from an experienced teacher, I will inspire and push you up as far as you can go. Hardwork and Dedication are the only things needed to accomplish your goals.

I teach...Basketball Fundamentals (Stamina, Defense, Footwork, Dribbling, Shooting, Skilled Moves such as Stepback Jumpers and More), Football Fundementals (QB's, Wide Outs, Runnin Backs and DB's only)(Endurance and Strength drills, Footwork, Catching and Throwing)

I also teach Comic book Sci-Fi Drawing and Music/Audio Prodution.

I get up everday and their is a new experience ahead. Passing knowledge has to be one of the best things you can do in life.

My brother, who has worked at the YMCA for several years pulled me into it.  He said I had a lot of knowledge and should share.  It took me a few years but Im here.

During my 14 year tenure with the U.S. Air Force, I was able to play for the Air Force traveling team overseas for a season.   I also play a year of semi-pro footbal with the Okinawa Giants when I was stationed at Kadena AFB.  I currently am a defensive/assistant coach for IGNITE -BASKETBALL traveling team.  Girls and Boys ages 7 - 17 that love B-Ball are encouraged to try out.  Just ask me for more info.

Education is Key.

I have been to school for Graphic Design and Music Production.  I currently work out of my own small multimedia production studio.

Comic books and cartoons in general are my life... I draw comic book style artwork.  Most of my work consist of sci-fi monsters and super heroes.

The first thing I do is find out how much knowledge the student already has.  It gives me a good view of what type of lessons to give to the student.  Fundamentals in anything you do is key and thats the first thing taught.  I work at the students pace, letting them absorb the knowledge and apply it correctly in their way.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about what you are trying to accomplish.
