About Theo

My goal is to help develop basketball players and bring them to their full potential. Perfecting their craft.

Being a basketball trainer allows me to stay in the sport that I love the most and help young basketball players achieve their goals.

Started teaching my kids at a very young age

I played ball all my life, was a 4 year starter at the varsity level. Coach AAU teams through out the years. I have a son and a daughter who both plays which I've trained since they was 6yrs old. My son which who is committed to a D1 Juco and my daughter who holds multiple offers from D1, D2 schools

About the lesson

Always ask my new students what do they think their weaknesses are or what do they need work on more to be a better basketball player.

Antoine

Coach Flame is very knowledgeable about the game of basketball in general. He was able to train my son on not only the fundamentals, but why they're important, and how they relate to an advanced skill set.

We will continue to work with him for the foreseeable future.
