About Cornelius

Our trainers are all ex D1 college player and former professional basketball players and coaches. We offer training for boys and girls all ages and skill levels.

Having grown up in a small rural area there was nowhere to get skill development training. I want to give back to the game that has given me so much. I had help achieving my dreams. I want to provide that chance to other.

I have played at the over 20 years of basketball player, coach, and skill development trainer. All State in high school, All American in college and a international professional.

About the lesson

A typical process with a new client would start with first identifying what exactly they wanted to work on and improve in their game. After establishing goals we would create a workout regiment to help our clients achieve their goals.

I have worked with boys and girl as young as 3 year old to professional player looking to sharpen their talents in the off season.

Shop around. Alot of services I have looked into are only out to make profit not make playera better.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What areas they honestly need improvement in.
