About David

I will learn your goals so I be able to set up sessions that will allow you to reach them. Along with being flexible, allowing us to adapt to the growth we will see. Most importantly when I'm with you I will be fully engaged in making you the best you can be, on the field or in the classroom.

What I enjoy most about training is allowing the next generation the chance to achieve their goals.

I was coaching high school basketball and they told me in order to stay as a coach it's easier to get into the school system. So I became a math teacher

I have a B.S. in Sports Management from the University of Florida. Along with 17 years of coaching and training basketball, baseball, track and field and much more. I am also a former math teacher of 8 years.

About the lesson

1st Get to know you as a person and your goals.

2nd Evaluate where you are current at.

3rd Create a training plan

4th Put in work

I've taught K-12 grade.

Math is a foreign language of you don't like your teacher you don't listen ad don't learn. When it comes to athletics wanting it won't get you there only hard work.

Darnell

David is a hard worker and shows that he cares about my success. That goes along way because knowing that the person training is giving his all to see me succeed gives me a sense of confidence. A lot of things David does to train in unconventional but allowed me to get where I’m at today. It will be wise to allow David to train you because you won’t regret it.
