About Wilford
I have over 15 years of basketball experience. I have coached youth, AAU, High School and college athletes at all skill levels. I have also been fortunate to coach several athletes that have been afforded the opportunity to play on scholarship at the Division I, II and III levels. My teaching focus is on shooting. How to create space, how to shoot with proper form, proper mechanics and high volume shooting.
My workouts are structured to see what you do well build on that and focus on your weaknesses to make you an all around better player. My workouts are hard, fun, educational but most importantly are designed to help you achieve your personal goals.
Whether you are someone who just wants to play the game for exercise or someone who wants to play for more, try me out and lets have some fun.
