My son started to train with Marquel on basketball since 4 years ago. Whenever my son does not have a lot of schoolwork or tests, he trains with Marquel. He enjoys it even though it is quite a work out, and he learns different moves every time. It makes a lot of differences on my son's skill, especially when driving toward the basket. Our whole family loves BDA! Coach Marquel is not only supremely talented at his sport; he is also an exceptionally dedicated mentor and trainer. Both my daughter and son train with Coach Marquel and seeing him is a great highlight of their week. I have had fitness training with Marquel and also had my daughter train with him for basketball.

As a fitness training he motivates you, but also makes sure you are doing the right exercises. He doesn't have you jump into a machine or workout you can't do our handle. It was tough for me at times but the encouragement by Marquel kept me going and I felt GREAT after.

As for my daughter her basketball skills are much better than before and she loves the game even more. She is now playing at her high school too. The confidence coach Marquel gives the kids is amazing. He is also patient with them. The one-on-one is best, but his clinics were awesome too!
