About Christian
Allowing myself to give back to athletes with the experience that i've gained from playing high school athletics and college athletics. It's challenging to be an athlete, and the responsibility you put on yourself without even realizing becomes too much. Having a strength & conditioning coach/skills coach can bring out a whole different side of an athlete. Someone who is able to look from the outside and inside of their game in order to help them generate this new found skill/strength. I'm currently a certified personal trainer/ performance enhancement/ youth specialist .more education in order to help my present and future clients.
seeing my clients make progress within the bigger goals they have. we tend to foucs on the biggest win but dont see the small ones that lead up to those big wins. along with losses there only lessons.
it comes from not having quality coaches that ive felt like could have lead me into a better postion as an athlete. AS a coach majoirty of kids want to make it pro in their respective sport and thats okay. so i learned through my past failures i where i wanted to go that there was a process to go through. i also begain to understand things dont always work in your favor as an athlete and those struggles made me the coach i am today.

finding one can be really hard and expensive. ita good to know as a young athlete that if you want to take your game to the nexy level then you have to be willing to find someone who knows more then you and has an understanding of what you want to acomplish.
