About Christine

I'm a genuinely confident oriented person that works on the needs of the athlete or client. I'm not with any drama, if you're serious about training & changing your lifestyle then we are okay!

I love seeing others progress and move on to become better people. Whether it's in the corporate arena or sports arena it just makes me feel better.

This has been a passion since I was a kid. As a former athlete for 20 years it gives me joy knowing that others are looking for that same competitive edge.

I have a degree in Sports Management a certificate of certification in Physical Education and I'm currently working on my Personal Training Certification with ISSA.

About the lesson

I like to have a brief intro and a Q & A session with the student and the parent. They get to know me & I get to know them.

All ages and sports levels from grades 1st to the Pros.

Group sessions for youth! I currently mentor youth & work with youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs!
