About Travis
I’m just getting started, people are starting to notice my program. You can see a little bit of what my program consists of, just go to my instagram page (coachtrap2228). I am very passionate about what I am doing. You will get results.
I enjoy the progression, to see an athlete who’s not that fast or can’t control their bodies. It gives me great pleasure to see how my training methods help athletes to become better. I’ve trained off and on for different clients, mostly one on one and the guys I work with showed progress within a few weeks.
