About Nathaniel
What you take away from my programming is becoming a better over all athlete I help muscle strength and endurance that the game requires. You will get faster, better shooting, speed, agility and get better at in game situations. I travel with my own gym if you will so you're child can become the best athlete imaginable.

I played the sport for many years I still play when I get the chance. I am certified in coaching for basketball in personal training so I know how to get the most of the athlete physically because I myself still train like an athlete. Anybody can teach children the sport but they can't teach the education that's learned from practicing and studying. I did not want athletes going through what I went through with so many injuries and not being strong enough to handle the physicality of the sport.

I felt a bit lost and overwhelmed in working out and where to start as far as exercises and whatnot and Nate showed me step by step how to do things without over straining myself and even guided me on what i should start with equipment wise. He's a great personal trainer and I recommend him.
Nate is very knowledgeable and it shows. If something isn’t working for you specifically, he knows exactly how to adjust it for you. He’s personable and kind - has a great taste in music. Overall, a great experience having him as a coach!

I base my pricing on my knowledge and training from my own experience of training for the sport. I charge 25$ per session I can package based on how many times a week training would be preferred.
