About Rashad
I'm a former professional two sport athlete. Knowledgeable fitness training and sports specific training, giving back to those athletes coming after me to create more opportunities that wasn't there for the youth when I was coming up. Everyone has abilities they are born with and/or body goals that they have tried to reach on their own year after year. That's where I come in to bring out those natural born abilities. Through life tips, nutrition, mind and body transformation just to name a few. I've been training for over 8years now. Played collegiate football and basketball. Went on to play professional football spent 3yrs bouncing from training camp to practice squad in the NFL. Spent a few years in Canada where I also played 2 years of basketball in a pro league.
I love helping kids and people in general.... especially through sports and fitness. I have trained professionals all the way down to rehabilitation clients. Love giving back the knowledge of fitnesss and Athletics to the community. I felt like I was destined to do what I'm doing now. Hints the name Born2reign.

It started as an athlete. Being a person who pays close attention to detail and often voted captain or a leader. I feel as if knowledge is only as powerful if you give back or pay it forward. I've always knew once I ever called it quits in whatever sport, i would pass on the knowledge I gained along the way as well as vital lessons by sharing my experience, tips and tricks to those coming after me.
