About Dwane
Being a former professional basketball player who played with the Harlem Globetrotters as well as playing in Europe and South America I definitely knows what it takes to get to the next level. Sport Proformance believes in teaching the fundamentals of Basketball to all of our clients so that they can have a solid foundation in the Sport. We train both men and women ranging from ages of 5 to 85 years old. We work with all different skill levels from beginners to seasoned professionals. We start out by teaching our clients the correct way to dribble, shoot, pass, and play defense. Footwork and strength & conditioning are emphasized as well. At Sport Proformance we believe that every player should have a complete skill set regardless of the position they play. We specialize in one-on-one training and group training. We also host basketball clinics and camps as well as birthday parties.

I really enjoy seeing the improvements in my clients especially when they are a beginner and most importantly the client noticing his or her confidence rising as well as their skills.
I saw the needs and guidance that the youth today need in basketball as well as off the court in life. I have a passion for developing athletes into great players and people on and off the court.
I started playing basketball in high school and then went on to play Division 1 in college at Moorehead State University. After college, I played abroad, in Europe as well as South America, and with the world-famous Washington Generals/Harlem Globetrotters. In addition, I have coached various high school teams in the DMV. Overall, I have been training in basketball for over 20 years.

Details
Individual Sessions:
Pay as you go - $85 per hour
Packages:
5 sessions for $400
10 sessions for $750
16 sessions for $1,175 (good for 60 days after purchase)
*Ultimate Package:
12 sessions (2 hours each session) for $1,800 (good for 30 days after purchase) 3 times a week in a single month (one hour of basketball and one hour of physical fitness)
Group sessions:
$50 per person for 3 or more people
Group Packages:
5 Sessions for $235 per person
10 Sessions for $450 per person
