About Harsh
I love to interact and help people and this is the reason what brings me here. I am a really interesting person to talk to and my technical skills can be used to hone others skills too. I would be very happy and satisfied if each day I could help someone knowingly or unknowingly. I also have practical knowledge of building complex software. I keep on experimenting with present things and that what makes me interesting.
I have vast experience and expertise of around 10 years in Computer Science and Java Programming.

My first experience was where I tutored my neighbors in my hometown. I also was fortunate enough to attend 2 months camp where I was responsible to educate needy and poor children. I taught them about basics Math and besides this how to maintain hygiene as well.
My process has improved a lot over years as every session/lesson is a learning curve for me as well. I generally start with understanding students mentality and his grasping power, which I generally takes around 2 mins. then i try to find why student is facing issue or problem. then, i move towards solving problem in most basic way and build on the confidence student shows.
