About Rebeca
Nala's is a healhty meal prep service with menus that change every week. You never get bored of the menus in fact you request your favorites for Chef Beca to bring them back.
I love teaching, I feel the more I teach the more it validates myself. Teaching shows passion for me in the industry I am absolutely love. I enjoy sharing the thoughts and process behind any menu creating or how things should taste to be balanced.
I have a Associates degree in Culinary Arts along with over 15 years in the food industry.

I sit down and ask their goals. What would they love to learn, what is the purpose of asking for lessons. Then ask what are some of their favorite foods, spices, and ingredients. Also a must to ask any dislikes and allergins.
I have worked with all types of students and ages. I have two daughters that I have shown how to bake. It is all in steps and making it relatable.
