About Josh

I am a former professional athlete that has been training for well over fifteen years now. Not only am I an Celebrity trainer but I have helped over 4,000 people become stronger, faster, and healthier individuals. I've also been featured in two reality shows that spotlighted my success in the industry.

I love and enjoy every moment of my profession. I am a results driven trainer that thrives from the progress of every client.

I've literally dedicated my life to sports at an early age and took my talents and skills to a level that I could never imagine. Because of those blessings and amazing opportunities I vowed to dedicate my life to help others strive for their own dreams.

Former athlete that trained at collegian, and professional level. I've been personal training for well over sixteen years now. I'm a certified personal trainer as well as Master Personal Trainer.

Every new client will receive the same treatment and evaluation regardless of their years of experience or professional status. Everyone will be evaluated on their conditioning, stamina, and strength.

I work with all athletes starting with Tikes to Professional athletes. I have had the honor to work with members of the NBA, NFL, and the United States Olympians. But to be honest I really get the most pleasure working with the students and helping them reach the levels that even they couldn't see in themselves.

Be patient and always trust the process!! We will never have the opportunity to climb that mountain, if we give up to avoid the mole hills.

Seeing a few of my former students get drafted in the NFl and NBA.
