About Shane
Positive influence versus authoritative direction. A highly energetic instructor. Effective and practical knowledge. For the past 5 years I've trained others in multiple forms of athletics, music and the arts. Certified in TRX, kickboxing, weight training, meditation, teaching guitar and drums over a decade as well as a certification for teaching martial arts through the satori alliance which is a internationally known program.
These are things I'm already passionate about so to pass it on to others and see the same satisfaction and sense of accomplishment they get is gratifying and helps me to grow as well.
Formal music training in guitar in piano, certifications in TRX suspension training, personal trainers certification through IFA, certified to teach a style of meditation called kuji in, asli certified through the satori alliance for self defense and martial arts

Just a general get to know in the beginning looking for what their goals are and then jump right in. After a while, we assess where we are at and critique what's necessary. So if it's fitness we will set goals to reach and by the end of the week we can see if they are met.
