Coach Antwan is a respectable, reputable, and knowledgeable coach! He has a great sense of humor that allows you to have fun while working out. He will push you to your limit and then over to help you get the results you want. He can adapt to your needs with ease. His circuits are my favorite. They are simple moves yet so intense it has me pouring sweat and feeling extra accomplished. Definitely love this coah and all his ethics!

I've been wanting to try boxing for a really long time and decided to give this a try since its hard for me to make it to a gym because of work/kids and im really glad i did.
