About Bojan
A great workout guaranteed! I love fitness and helping others reach their goals.
I loved what I have learned over the years. And I started teaching for fre . Helping people lose weight, gain muscle, also teaching my nieces how to box. After several years of training I began to coach at a MMA Gym. I coacaed muay thai, BJJ, and boxing. I have learned some people cannot learn well in big groups - and I love fitness so this made me want to teach privates. Teaching people new ways of working out and helping them become a better and healthier version of themselves.
I have over 10 years of experience in weight lifting and 6 years in martial arts. I have competed in competitions and mma fights. I love to test myself against others; train daily to learn new ways of fitness. My coaches over the years have taught and mentored me on ways to push the body to a great workout.

We can have a program set, including a diet plan to reach your goals. I'd like to know what type of workouts you like. Is it Strictly muscle gain, strength and conditioning workouts, martial arts, or a mix of all through a weekly program.

Details
My privates start at $50 dollars. This also means you can bring 1 more person to join you for the workout. The private can last 30mins to an hour, depending on how you are feeling and how much longer you could last through a workout. The workouts can include weight lifting, muay thai pad holding, boxing lessons, bjj, strength and conditioning, cardio workouts with no equipment. The list goes on.
