About JV & ME LLC
Hello, my name is Jade Vincent. I'm a Second-Degree black belt in Kukkiwon Taekwondo, I have been training in it for 17 plus years alongside with hakido, judo, ground defense, and Woman's Defense . I also frequently competed in local competitions and soon-to-be International competitions for sparring (fighting people using the techniques I have been taught). I also represent my home country in Taekwondo and will be competing internationally this summer coming up. I was an instructor at the school that I trained at and have been so for 11 years now(teaching kids as young as 3 and adults as old as 79). My specialty is Taekwondo but I've trained in karate obtaining my black belt in that as well. I've also been trained in how to defend oneself on the ground, Judo, weapons defense against both knives and bats, and Hapkido. I teach woman's defense starting from a grab to a punch, and everything between. I also taught and still teach how to use various weapons like bo staffs, swords, nunchucks, knives, daggers, and so on. I've also been a personal trainer and a personal Self-dDefense instructor for 3+ years now and do things differently from others. Whether you want me as a personal trainer or self-defense instructor your first session of 30 minutes is free of charge! For the 1st paid session if the location for the sessions is 30-44mins it'll be an additional $5, 45mins to an hour it'll be an additional $10, and any distance more than an hour commute it'll be $15 for the session. I have a beginner-level training plan, as well as an advanced going into Black belt Level Training plan. For the kids learning how to defend themselves to me is very important, but the most important thing over that is having a strong confident, and discipline mindset to handle any situation that arises appropriately. Whether you want me as a personal trainer or self-defense instructor your first session of 30 minutes is a low discounted rate of $15. I do this to understand how the student learns as well as evaluate the limits of their physical capabilities and try and build a connection.

Our granddaughter was in town for a week and she wanted Kung Fu lessons. Jade gave her three lessons. He was very patient with our active seven year old and she had a great time and loved the classes. Jade was always on time for the class and let us know well in advance if we need a schedule adjustment.
