About June
I coach the art of "The Sweet Science" (Boxing) to enhance clients and students performance in and out of the ring, benefiting clients abilities in all sports and aspects of life with coordination, strength, flexibility, self defense, stamina, resistance and speed training methods.
I have over 4 certifications in kickboxing, nutrition, fitness and I am a USA certified Boxing coach. I have been in competition and training since the age of 5 and has been coaching for over 21 years.
I am passionate about the growth in performance, flexibility and health progression of my clients. I make it my personal goal to train clients in what they need the most to get where they want to be.
