About Mark
My name is Mark Russo. I have been a martial art practicioner since I was 6 years old. I have black belts in 7 different martial arts. A doctorate degree in martial art science. Certified Krav Maga combative instructor, as well as other military combative systems
Extensive training in many other styles which do not hold or give rank. The knowledge I have is very extensive and I am happy to teach and train people who are looking to better themselves for all the right reasons.
Ive been training in martial arts since i was 6 years old. Im well versed in a great deal of disciplines. It has always been my goal to absorb all the information i could just like a sponge. Theres always something a specific art has to offer that is unique and indeginous that makes it stand out in comparisson. I never quit learning. I denounced rankings a long time ago when i quit doing unarmed and armed security. Currently Just for resume purposes im re attaing the majority of my past rankings. Currently i hold Black Belts in Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Hun Gar Kung Fu, Kombat Kenpo, Kombat kenpo Silat, Alemany Kenpo, 52 Blocks Master Practicioner. 10th Degree Black (Sigung/Grandmaster) Exalted Fighting Arts..Silver teaching Certificate Krav Maga. Disciplines like Traditional Muay Thai, and a few of the other kung fu s i have taken do not have ranking systems as well. I have a very expansive knowledge.
Bowling Lessons and Drilling. I have been drilling bowling balls since the 1990s. I was a former IBPSIA member from 2000-2005. Former ABC Gold certified level coach. Owner and engineer InSite Bowling Products. I've done alot of cool stuff 😎.

Good class environment.
He was very professional and had a lot of patience. He went over everything in details to make sure I was understanding everything he was going over. I was very comfortable with Mark and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
This is for the bowling review. After having Mark start drilling my stuff 20 years ago my average increased tremendously. About 15 pins first year and I went up every year he worked with me. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of bowling. Through his lessons he can make anyone better and does an amazing job of matching ones style with the right ball and layout for the conditions they bowl on. Highly recommend his lessons.

Very unique blend of martial arts and self defense concepts. A very enjoyable person and very talented/experienced, I would highly recommend this class to others.
Real world applications - not just theory. The instructor has actual combat experience unlike most practitioners.
A pleasant and constant learning experience. Marks instruction, skill, and knowledge is very impressive, as well as his dedication to the arts. I wouldnt want to run into him in a dark alley. Hell he is a dark alley lol. Seriouslly though A definite must for any beginner or advanced. You will not be disappointed!
He teaches really well and in the so many months i’ve takin his classes i’ve learned a lot.

Mark is a great instructor with a great knowledge in Martial Arts. The class is very focused on situations you may be confronted with. I am much more confident of my ability to protect myself and others.
Loved the one on one attention. The flexibility of classes, instructor showed patience working with my 2 children. They have learned a lot great experience

Details
For all private lessons bowling or martial art related (one on ones) i charge $50 per hour. Unless i have to travel. Then its $50 per hour plus travel expenses
