About Alex
I'm dedicated to better our community through Fitness, Martial Arts and Science. Teaching yesterday’s values in today’s world is my philosophy. My Creed; courtesy, modesty, integrity, perseverance, self control, and indomitable spirit. I work to give my students a sense of accomplishment and to exceed beyond their own potential. I been training and teaching for 20 years. I served in the US Marines, Martial Arts Community and Fitness world. I traveled the world and was able to compete in Muay Thai Boxing and many other martial arts. Black belt in Jeet Kune Do, and certified with 3 fitness certifications and a college degree.
I was 6 years old. I started in boxing, martial arts and fitness
